Trick or Sweet?

 When I first committed to a ketogenic lifestyle, the single biggest hurdle was sugar. It’s in everything, and the craving for "sweet" is a hard one to break. Naturally, I found myself in the "keto-friendly" aisle of the grocery store. It was a wonderland of "zero-sugar" and "zero-carb" snacks, bars, drinks, and powders. The problem?
